Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
The transfer is visible 1–2 minutes after sending. Payout follows network confirmation; the current average time is shown on the home page when there is data for the day.
What if I send a different amount?
The order is not lost: an operator reviews it and contacts you by order code.
Where does a refund go?
Only to the address the transfer came from. So better not to send from an exchange.
What if I send on another network?
We accept USDT on TRC20 (Tron) only. A transfer on another network will not reach us and cannot be returned — check the network in your wallet before sending.
What are the limits?
From 10 to 1,000 USDT per order. Need more — message support and we will discuss.
Can I send from an exchange?
You can, but remember: refunds go only to the sender address. An exchange uses a shared address, and getting money back from there is hard. Sending from your own wallet is safer.
